Astro Bot is selling well in the US.
Unfortunately, we don’t have official sales figures from Sony yet, but it seems like Astro Bot is selling well, at least in the US.
According to research firm Circana, only NBA 2K25 sold better in the week of Astro Bot’s release in the US (via VGC). This is a huge achievement for the PlayStation mascot, as Astro Bot was only released on PlayStation 5. Of course, the NBA also appeared on Xbox and PC.

Chris Dring of Gamesindustry.biz previously reported that Astro Bot is also doing well in the UK. “First week sales are 21 percent higher than Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart in 2021,” he wrote. “Astro Bot was second only to Space Marine 2.” We don’t know how things are going in mainland Europe. However, the Guardian is hoping things will go well here too, as Astro Bot once again showcases the PlayStation console he loves.
