The Netherlands hosts Scotland in a two-match ODI series starting on May 19 at the Hazelorwake Stadium in Rotterdam.
The Netherlands played their last ODI in June 2019 against Zimbabwe. It beat Zimbabwe by seven and three wickets in both matches respectively.
The Dutch national team also faced Nepal and Malaysia in the T20 triangular series in April. Against Nepal in the final of the series, the Netherlands were given 238 shots, the first bowling. In response, the Netherlands scored some 96 runs. Karan KC took three wickets for his name, while Kamal Singh and Sandeep Lamishan took two wickets each.
Scotland have not played in an international series since December 2019. Due to the epidemic, they did not get proper training last year. This will be their first international streak in 17 months.
Due to the COVID-19 infection, the series is played in a biologically safe bubble and no spectators are allowed to enter the arena.

The Netherlands and Scotland have faced each other in 13 T20 matches, with Scotland winning seven and the Netherlands six.
The two sides have met each other in nine ODIs so far. Scotland have six more wins than the tournament, with the Netherlands winning two games. A game was canceled due to rain.
Although Scotland have not played international cricket in 17 months, the series will start as nominees.
