Kane and Neville kick the Netherlands’ chances at the European Championship

The Netherlands and Ukraine played the most exciting match of the European Championship on Sunday evening. The first half ended goalless, 3-2 against Orange.

The Netherlands took a 2-0 lead after the first half, but it took more than 10 minutes for Ukraine to play. In the 85th minute, Frank de Boer’s team won the Super Denzil Dumfries title.

Kane and Neville talk about European Championship expectations in the Netherlands

“They were so much fun,” Roy Keane told ITV, who quickly turned down the Netherlands’ second chance of winning the tournament.

“We had a good interest in seeing him here. It was great to see him in terms of entertainment, but the Netherlands are late, Ukraine are lagging behind and we forget about it in the final stages of the tournament – the real big teams will find them.

“They found a way to win, but what’s disappointing and annoying to me is that we talk about the status of the team, but it’s about international footballers who have not mastered the basics of football.

Gary Neville had a similar perspective.

“They can be a little confident, but there seems to be a lot of work to be done to get this team to play against the best teams,” Neville said.

“It’s not enough for individual players. You could say some teams don’t have the system, but then individual players start doing something. They don’t really have the best players.”
