The Disability Sports Trust has set itself the goal of making sport accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Unique sport at home Designed to break down barriers and provide support to achieve sporting goals, regardless of disability. The program offers a wide range of workouts for both beginners and advanced users. These workouts are specifically designed to suit different disabilities and are delivered by coaches who also have a disability. The exercises are divided into seven different categories, based on specific disabilities: blind/visually impaired, chronic complaints, reduced arm function, wheelchair user with reduced or full arm function, reduced leg function, and deaf/hard of hearing.
