Search is the engine of the University of Ghent. Researchers are encouraged to explore and push boundaries. Business developers at UGent play a major role in this. They bring together scholars in every field and guide them in the commercialization of innovative knowledge and technology. Together with a central technology transfer service, they form the link between the academic world and the industrial world.
In the areas of animal nutrition, nutrition and health, Ghent University is looking for a new business developer. The establishment of industrial cooperation, the conclusion of licenses and the establishment of spin-off companies are the core of these activities.
Food2Know
Food2Know was recognized in 2008 as the association to produce safe and healthy food. It unites researchers from six faculties of AUGent. Based on its combined experience, Food2Know’s vision is to become a center of excellence in Belgium, within a collaborative, national and international context, striving for innovation and valorization in the fields of animal nutrition, nutrition and health.
