Veurne Vaccination Center is looking for call center staff – KW.be

In order to ensure the vaccination center at Furnevent Veurne runs smoothly, the center is looking for call center staff.

Interested candidates and job seekers can contribute to the smooth running of the Immunization Center starting April 1. They will be part of a team responsible for organizing vaccination moments through the call center.

What exactly is expected of the candidates?

You run the public phone line for the vaccination center. Citizens call you to confirm, schedule, or cancel your vaccination. You record questions related to transportation to and from the vaccination center and pass them to the relevant departments. You are calling the people who have been or should be invited to the moment of vaccination. As a call center employee, you are also actively calling citizens who did not respond to their calls. There are no set hours for this, which is also possible outside the set schedule.

Experience is not required but you are strong communicator, patient and respectful. You master computer tools (email, Office, …) and working with new software (doclr) doesn’t stop you. After the induction phase, you are mainly working from home. You will receive the necessary equipment (phone and laptop) to properly perform the task. You will be employed from April 1, 2021 by a temporary office with weekly contracts. The call center operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
