On Sunday, October 6, the Dutch Innovation Factory opened its doors for the first time during the National Science Weekend event. About 1,000 visitors discovered the fascinating world of science and technology through workshops and interactive activities.
About 1,000 visitors found their way to the Dutch Innovation Park in Plesviksweg. Children and youth, along with their parents, enthusiastically participated in the various workshops and activities.
They’ve built floating cities on water, created their own LEGO night lights, and developed virtual reality games. VR cycling, welding, laser cutting, 3D printing, gaming, and programming.
The Dutch Innovation Park’s first participation in the Science Weekend was a great success. We look at a successful day full of activity and happy faces. Children and their parents discover that science and technology are not only important, but also incredibly fun.
