Exercise and work on your health the QR-FIT way with physiotherapist Stephen

There’s a brand new QR-FIT workout track at Drunen. This trail is a fun and free way for all residents to get out and stay active. And meet each other, because of course you can go the distance together.

Did you know…?
• …the path is 4.5 kilometers long and consists of a walkway with 12 columns?
• …Can you start the road from any pole? So you can start wherever you want!
• …Can you discover the exercises by scanning the QR codes on the posts along the way?
• …Can you perform these exercises at three different fitness levels? The exercises also change every 24 hours. This way you can always discover something new!
• …that special exercises are available for older people? By doing so, you are complying with the exercise guidelines recommended by the central government.

Along with physicist Stephen
Would you like to experience the route with a guide? Or do you want a stick behind the door? Then join physiotherapist Stephen who runs the course monthly. The first time is scheduled for Friday, October 25. We meet at 7pm on the exercise bench in De Schroef Park at Prins Hendrikstraat 80 in Drunen. After that, Stephen goes on the road every month. Everyone is invited to participate in this activity. Participation is completely free!
