After the delay – the International Space Station astronauts landed on Earth again

After 200 days in space, four astronauts landed on Earth again, about a day later.

The four had been staying on the International Space Station (ISS) since the end of April, but the return flight with the SpaceX capsule was delayed due to bad weather in the Gulf of Mexico.

Not because they were worried about it.

“Another night with this enchanting view. Who can complain about that? I will miss our spaceship,” Frenchman Thomas Pesquet wrote on Twitter after news of the delay.

On the International Space Station, he, Japanese Akihiko Hoshide, Americans Megan MacArthur and Shane Kimbra left three people – an American and two Russian cosmonauts.

The three are expected to acquire a new company already this week. If all goes as planned, a new batch of astronauts will be launched on Wednesday.
