Nintendo unveils the Alarmo interactive alarm clock radio

You’ll soon be able to wake up with your favorite Nintendo sounds in the background, because publisher Nintendo has unveiled the awesome, interactive Alarmo alarm clock radio. The device will be available from 2025.

the SoundClock It has some really cool features, including a motion sensor. This allows you to snooze the alarm once you move. Do you end up getting out of bed when your alarm goes off for the second time? Then it automatically stops when the motion sensor detects that you wake up.

The great thing is that you can design your clock radio display any way you want. You can choose from 35 scenes inspired by 5 popular Nintendo games, including Super Mario Odyssey, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Splatoon 3, Pikmin 4, and Ring Fit Adventure.

When your alarm rings, you’ll hear familiar melodies and sounds from your chosen scenes. The nature of the mushroom kingdom? Or perhaps Zelda and Link venturing across Hyrule? You can also have the watch record how many times you move or toss and turn while you sleep at night. Or you can even set a bell every hour, like a cuckoo clock that strikes every hour.

Finally, you can decide how Alarmo wakes you up. With Constant mode, the selected theme music gets progressively louder the longer you stay in bed. In Gentle mode, the volume remains constant for the duration of the alarm. Naturally, there’s also a button on Alarmo where you can turn on snooze.

Also interesting is that you can link your Nintendo Account to the device. In this case, you can also download additional scenes from Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Animal Crossing: New Horizons for free. It is not known whether there will be more downloads in the future.
