Watching the second Wonder Woman movie in the Netherlands, not in the US | Currently

The second Wonder Woman movie will be showing in Dutch cinemas starting December 16th. Distributor Warner Bros reported this Thursday. The Netherlands is one of the first countries in the world in which the film will be shown.

In DVD VS is Wonderful woman 1984As the official title says, it can only be seen from Christmas Day. The film will be shown simultaneously in cinemas and on the HBO Max broadcasting platform.

When asked why the film was shown earlier in the Netherlands, a Warner Bros spokesperson told NU.nl that he would not make any statements about this. The other big title that will be showing in Dutch cinemas this Christmas is The War Saga The Battle of the Scheldt, The most expensive Dutch production in fifteen years. This movie can be seen in a day, starting December 17th.

Wonder Woman 1984 It is one of the last major movies with a premiere still scheduled this year. Other great titles like the new and ninth James Bond movie The Fast and the FuriousFilm postponed until 2021.

Gal Gadot returns in the sequel as Wonder Woman, with Patty Jenkins directing again. The Dutch model Doutzen Kroes has a supporting role, as can be deduced from the trailer.

The film will be released in the Netherlands in 2D, 3D, 4D, Dolby Vision, IMAX and ScreenX dimensions.
