In the latest expansion for Hearthstone, we follow the adventures of the Draenei. The rabble of the Burning Legion has invaded the planet of the mighty Blue People, forcing the race to search for a new home.
Aside from the new Starship keyword and the return of the Spellburst keyword, we are presented with 145 new cards once again. All of this will be released on November 5, but we will once again have the exclusive honor of presenting you with some new cards. Behold; Some nice new Mage cards!
Exarch Hataru
A strong start is half the battle. We’ll immediately join Exarch Hataaru, a legendary 5/5 Draenei that you play for 5 mana on the virtual gameboard. The card comes with the awesome Battlecry perk; When you play a card, you can discover the spell through the Discover feature. The spell instantly costs one mana point less, but there’s more. If you trigger the spell, the property will be reactivated. Does the draenei type seem new to you? Well it is! Draenei Minions are a completely new type of minion introduced to the game with this expansion.
Pocket dimension
Pocket Dimension is an epic game where – just like Exarch Hataaru – you discover a spell using the Discover feature. However, the fun is in the details; You continue to discover the spell until you see the spell for the second time. Empty hand? Then Pocket Dimension is exactly what you need as a magician!
Spontaneous combustion
“Turbo Turbo!“, says gnome Wesley. With Spontaneous Combustion, you will deal up to 4 points of damage to a random enemy minion for just 2 mana points. If you play a racial-type minion on the last turn, you can choose a victim of Spontaneous Combustion yourself.
Blasteroid
Last but not least We have blastosteroids. You can combine this element perfectly with our previous card. And more than that; As icing on the cake, you get the awesome Battlecry perk with this card. When playing this card, you can shuffle 5 random fire spells into your deck, each costing 2 less mana. Combined with spontaneous combustion, it could become a very hot event in Hearthstone Stadium.
