A five-year-old girl was found dead in a garbage bag in an apartment in Rampervilliers, a commune in France’s Vouges, on Tuesday. A 16-year-old boy has been arrested, according to a source close to the investigation.
The source said that the girl’s mother reported her daughter’s disappearance shortly before. Police found the girl’s body in a garbage bag in an apartment rented by the suspect’s mother. The teenager living at the address was already known to the judicial authority. He was arrested.
In recent days, he has been seen several times because he has been riding around the village on his bike. According to eyewitnesses from the neighborhood, the young man asked several girls to come to his apartment, where he was going to give them a cat.
