He was admitted to the hospital after complaining of pain all over his body and now his worst fears have been confirmed with a cancer diagnosis.

Dustin Facebook Page confirmed the news in a statement to its fans.

It wrote: “At this point we can confirm that Dustin has cancer. Dustin will release more information as soon as he is available and a plan is being made to move forward.

“We urge everyone to respect Dustin’s privacy during this difficult time. All positives and prayers are appreciated.”

Dustin is in a hospital in Florida, where he was admitted for testing on Tuesday, and his team asked fans to send messages they could send to the actor.
