British Prime Minister Boris Johnson signed the Brexit agreement on behalf of the British House of Commons.

A new beginning
Not only the prime minister signs this deal. This also has to be approved by the British House of Lords and Queen Elizabeth. He calls it “a new beginning of a wonderful relationship between the United Kingdom and its friends and trading partners in the European Union”.
