'Doctor Who' with Ncuti Gatwa can be seen from May

Ncuti Gatwa's era as Doctor Who is now official. Having previously appeared as the Fifteenth Doctor in the specials, he will be starting his own season soon as well. Episodes will be available on the BBC and Disney+ from May 10.

Doctor Who It has been around for 60 years and is celebrated in December with an extra special display. It consists of at least three one-hour episodes. To further highlight the anniversary, actor David Tennant is also back, but new addition Ncuti Gatwa can also be seen.

As of May, he can be seen in his own series as the Fifteenth Doctor and the adventure can truly begin. In addition to Gatoa, actress Millie Gibson will play the Doctor's new companion, Ruby Sunday.

Doctor Who

After December's specials in which actor David Tennant returned as the Fourteenth Doctor, it's time for a renewal once again. It was different from usual. During a battle with the villain The Toymaker (Neil Patrick Harris), he manages to double the Doctor.

As a result, a new Doctor emerged from the existing Doctor and both the Fourteenth Doctor (Tennant) and the Fifteenth Doctor (Gatoa) fought together for a while. This was followed by a Christmas special where fans were introduced to the new Doctor and his companion, Ruby.

New season

But as of May, it's really time for a brand new series of episodes. Disney+ has announced that new episodes will appear on the streaming service starting May 10. This will likely include weekly releases. It is not yet known what will happen there. The first clip should follow next week.
