Cyberpunk 2077’s Phantom Liberty expansion hits stores on September 26th. And to make the transition to the expansion as smooth as possible, the base game will also receive a huge update. CD Projekt Red has released a great infographic of everything you can expect in the coming weeks.
Cyberpunk 2077’s biggest innovations will be introduced with Update 2.0. It brings an overhaul to the game’s entire skill tree, as well as revamped systems for cyber, police, enemy AI, vehicular combat, and much more. The game is also getting a brand new radio station.
Then you have the Phantom Liberty expansion, which adds the all-new Dogtown area. There you will end up in a new storyline with countless missions, characters, boss battles and more. It’s also great that the game adds dynamic events and also introduces vehicle missions – although we hope it will include more than a few races.
On top of that, Phantom Liberty adds a new skill tree to the relic on your head. The expansion also drops a myriad of new weapons, cybernetic cars and outfits. And by the way, did we mention that you can install rocket launchers on your car? and level cap? It will be raised to 60.
Of course the graph doesn’t contain everything, but it’s enough to wait patiently for Phantom Liberty and patch 2.0. what do you think? Is the expansion worth a renewed trip to Night City?
