Spare, Prince Harry’s autobiography, is the UK’s best-selling book of 2023. The British newspaper reported this Bookseller.
According to the magazine, the book, published in January, has sold more than 700,000 copies. Prince sold about 180,000 more copies than number two on the chart: The last devil to die By Richard Osman.
Harry’s memoirs also scored well in the Netherlands. A book published in our country titled BalanceBestseller 60 was number one on the list of best-selling Dutch books in the week of publication.
The book, which has been on sale since earlier this year, details, among other things, the prince’s experiences in the British royal family and his strained relationship with his brother Prince William and his father King Charles.
“I’m looking forward to people being able to read the true account of my life first hand,” Prince previously said of the book. Autobiography was not written by a British monarch. Ghostwriter JR Mohringer wrote the book on Prince’s behalf.
Proceeds from the book will be donated to charity.
