Prince William was unable to watch many films due to Catherine’s health

Prince William was unable to watch all the films nominated for a Bafta award this year. Due to the health of his wife, Princess Catherine, who is recovering from abdominal surgery, King Charles’ eldest son has had less time.

According to The Telegraph, William apologized in a conversation with Eileen Bedell, director of the Southbank Center theater complex, for his “last-minute” decision to attend the concert alone on Sunday. When later asked if he had seen many of the nominated films, William was forced to apologize again.

The prince, who is president of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA), said: “I have only done a little of this before.” “With my wife, it’s a bit… and hopefully we can catch up with it later,” he concluded. “I’ll make a menu tonight.”

William told BBC director Charlotte Moore that he was a “huge fan” of director Christopher Nolan and that he would be “delighted” if Nolan Oppenheimer’s film won an award. He said he had not seen the Barbie movie yet.

The prince was allowed to sit in the audience next to actress Cate Blanchett, who stood to hug him. Former footballer David Beckham also came up to William to say hello.
