Syncycle gives you a new look to spinning: “More than just a gym”

In the heart of Ixelles you will find a new spinning studio where fitness enthusiasts come together to push their limits and take their fitness to the next level. However, Syncycle is only a gymnasium during weekdays. When you first walk into the studio, you think you’ve made a mistake and ended up on a roll. The warm and inviting atmosphere, beauty corner with products and comfortable gender-inclusive changing rooms make you almost forget you’re even working up a sweat!

With a unique approach that combines spirituality, meditation, and cardio training to music, Syncycle makes exercise fun again. All you have to do is hit the pedals with your cycling shoes and get ready to ride to high-level music.

Founders Pauline Korthouts and Sophie van den Berkhove are proud that everyone feels welcome at Syncycle. “Syncycle is more than just a gym: we want to create an inclusive community where people can get together and work out in a fun and inspiring environment. A place where they can truly be themselves. By encouraging connections and focusing on physical and mental health, we want to make indoor cycling fun and accessible,” says Pauline.

Craving a nutritious snack, a fresh cup of coffee or a smoothie? Then go to Syncycle Café for a quick bite or sit in the garden to relax after a day Riding. Finally, those who just can’t get enough of Syncycle spirit can indulge in personal items like water bottles and clothes.
