The last bus It takes you on the journey of 90-year-old Tom Harper (Timothy Spall) from his hometown of the last 50 years – a remote village in northern Scotland – to his hometown – near the far south of England. In a battle with time, age, and destiny, Tom fearlessly embarks on this long journey with his free bus ticket with the goal of fulfilling a promise to his wife Mary (Phylis Logan). The Last Bus is a heartwarming movie about love and loss. A movie that reminds us that we are not alone – we are all on this journey together.

Leading roles are played by Timothy Spall, Phyllis Logan, Brian Pettifer, Ben Ewing and Natalie Mitson.

The film is directed by Gilles McKinnon with a screenplay by Joe Ainsworth.
