The new names of TV channels have no consequences for the additional thematic content of the channels. Football, golf, racing, tennis and documentaries remain as prominent as ever. Starting July 2, the channels of the Ziggo Sport Total package will appear as follows.
Ziggo Sports – The main channel that shows the big live matches from the Champions League and the Spanish League. Programming also includes exclusive Ziggo Sport shows such as the Rondo Football Show and the Ziggo Sport Race Café. In addition, the best matches from TeamNL, the best matches of tennis, golf, rugby and more can be seen.
Ziggo Sports 2 – This channel focuses entirely on football with live matches and highlights from the best European competitions. Here you can also watch Ziggo Sport Switch, the popular switching software that shows live highlights of various simultaneous matches.
Ziggo Sports 3 – Racing fans can go here for live coverage of MotoGP, NASCAR, IndyCar and many other racing categories.
Ziggo Sports 4 – The TV channel for tennis fans with live broadcasts of Wimbledon, ATP, WTA and national events.
Ziggo Sports 5 – Documentary films and series about sports, highlighting the stories of the greatest sports moments and athletes.
Ziggo Sports 6 – The channel dedicated to golf fans with live coverage of the European Tour, PGA Tour and other major golf tournaments.

However, the significant expansion of our European football offering is the right time to change the name of the six TV channels. This allows us to point out different competitions in a logical way and makes it easier for viewers to find the right channel.
European football
Ziggo Sport will seriously expand the scope of the upcoming football season. The sports channel will have exclusive broadcast rights to the Champions League, Europa League and European Conference League from the 2024/2025 season. The three competitions host more than 500 football matches annually. Depending on the number of matches taking place simultaneously, one or more linear TV channels and broadcasts will be deployed.
In addition to six linear TV channels, the sports channel offers twelve broadcasts via the Ziggo Sport Totaal GO application. This gives Ziggo Sport Totala subscribers simultaneous access to a maximum of eighteen live matches. The Ziggo Sport Totaal app also provides useful functions such as summaries, features and a clear TV guide.
Dutch club competitions
For football fans who do not have a subscription to Ziggo or Ziggo Sport Totaal, Ziggo Sport provides free access to football matches of participating Dutch football clubs and finals via a Ziggo Sport Free account. They can watch on Smart TV, tablet and smartphone via the Ziggo GO app, or online via ziggogo.tv (laptop/PC). Ziggo Sport provides a short preview and review via Ziggo Sport Free.
