4Gamers – Pokéman withdraws from Twitch

Massively popular influencer Imane “Pokimane” Anys has announced that she will stop streaming on Twitch, where she currently has 9.3 million followers. For many years, she could be seen playing games such as League of Legends and Fortnite, although she gradually started creating other, more diverse content.

In 2022, Pokiman has already announced that it will be streaming less because it’s starting to get a bit boring. “Been there, done that,” she said at the time. Instead, she wanted to focus more on other platforms, such as TikTok, where she currently has 6.7 million followers.

It is currently unknown if Pokimane will go off the air completely. For example, they could simply move to another platform, which often happens with big names, which often requires a large amount of money to enforce exclusivity. This makes it difficult to estimate the extent to which her departure from Twitch is final. After all, some major streamers have come back after leaving.
