Repairing your smartphone can seem like a terrifying prospect. Knowing that your mobile phone is full of personal information, photos, and sensitive apps in the hands of a stranger never feels good.

When you activate repair mode, your phone will restart and you will no longer be able to access your personal data like photos, messages, and accounts. It is only possible to use applications that are installed by default.
