Adobe has announced the launch of the latest beta version of the Adobe Express application. Firefly AI models are integrated into the Express app to help users create social content quickly and easily, powered by generative AI tools. This new version is an attempt to better compete with Canva, which introduced some AI tools last year.
New AI features
Adobe Express users can access various AI tools from Firefly in the latest release. Adobe notes that the features are interesting on the one hand for small businesses that want to quickly and easily remove unwanted objects from images, and on the other hand for creative professionals who can use them to create social content quickly and easily.
- Text to image generator: Quickly create a new look for your project by generating an image using Firefly's generative AI.
- Obstetric mobilization: Text prompts allow users to easily add, remove, or replace people or objects.
- Text effects: Make your messages stand out with various text styles.
Adobe Express also connects to social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram, allowing users to view and publish content there. In addition, it is possible to upload your brand colors and logos to speed up the design process.
Creative Cloud members will also be able to access their creative assets from Photoshop and Illustrator using the Express app. Linked files can be synced so they're up to date when you edit in Creative Cloud apps.
