An inspiring encounter for positive health at Snake Theater

SNEEK – On November 15, ROS Friesland organizes a free inspiration meeting about positive health at the Sneek Theater. This meeting is for everyone who works or is involved in the care-to-health movement in Friesland and wants to have concrete tools for applying positive health in practice.

Would you like guidance on how to apply positive health in practice, how to have a different conversation and how to encourage others to maintain behavioral change? This and more will be discussed during the Inspiration meeting on November 15. Participation in the seminar is free!

Your body is the perfect thermometer

jurian galavazi, known as Dr. Gurian He is a physician, coach, and author of From Complaint to Opportunity, among others. According to him, the body and mind are closely related. As a general practitioner, he has seen all too often in his practice how stress and a head full of thoughts can ultimately be disgusting. Dr. Gurian takes you through a holistic view of health and gives you the tools to have a conversation about it and how you can motivate the other person to take action.

ROS Friesland works with health care professionals from Friesland: Barbara Lingkek (community nurse and head of the Positive Health Project at KwadrantGroep), Daniel Schmidt (Vitalog, physical education teacher at OSG Singelland and head coach at LAC Frisia 1883 in Leeuwarden) and Klaske Leklima (midwife and practice owner Midwifery Wellcome) in conversation about local examples of positive health from the field.
