The 15-inch MacBook Air has been rumored for some time, and according to Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman, it’s almost time for an official reveal. The model was scheduled to be announced on June 5, 2023 during the WWDC keynote. The company will also reportedly unveil iOS 17, macOS 14, watchOS 10, tvOS 17, and its upcoming AR/VR headsets at the event. Last year at WWDC, a 13-inch MacBook Air with M2-soc was presented.

The first rumors about a 15-inch MacBook Air first surfaced in 2021. Apple suppliers are said to have ramped up production of the laptop in recent months due to the approaching launch date.

The 15-inch MacBook Air will be powered by the standard Apple M2 soc with multiple GPU configurations. No major changes are expected from the current 13-inch model. The current MacBook Air has a 1080p display, a MagSafe 3 charging port, two USB-C / Thunderbolt 3 ports, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Magic Keyboard with scissor switch, Touch ID button, and Force Touch trackpad. You can order the MacBook Air in Midnight, Starlight, Space Gray, and Silver colors.
