Clashes broke out between the police, army and civilians today, Tuesday, over the arrest of former Prime Minister Imran Khan. He was arrested for corruption.
Why is this important?
Since the floods of the summer of 2022, Pakistan has been in a valley from which it is difficult to get out. Two-thirds of the agricultural land was destroyed, which led to massive (food) inflation.
