Former Minister Rosenthal: Take seriously the negotiations with Turkey

With the agreement on Finland and Sweden at the NATO summit, Turkey has shown that it is a “loyal partner” of the West, according to former Foreign Minister Uri Rosenthal. Because of the ties between NATO and the European Union and the possibility that America could take a different political path, Rosenthal believes that European countries should not hesitate to cooperate more with Turkey. Europe correspondent Gert Jan Han points out the similarities and differences between NATO and the European Union.
