The European Union consists of the following countries (except the Netherlands).
1996-2004: Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom and Sweden.
2005-2006: Belgium, Cyprus, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic and the Czech Republic.
Since 2007: Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovenia, Slovakia United Kingdom and Sweden.
According to 2013: Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovakia Republic, United Kingdom and Sweden.
