Godzilla and King Kong are now invading Caldera in Call of Duty: Warzone

It’s May 11 and Call of Duty: Warzone players know that’s the day the new Operation Monarch in-game event kicked off. To bring more attention to the start of this event, Raven Software has released a new trailer.

From today until May 25th, the event will see two giants who will invade the Caldera face off. King Kong and Godzilla appear on the scene and the goal is to be the last team standing.

The setup is based on the concept of rebirth, which means you can continue to mate as long as your teammates are alive. This is until the timer runs out. The goal is to collect Monarch intel from supply chests, special drops, and from fallen enemies.

You can also get this by fighting the giants that roam the island. Gathering information will increase the meter, and once it’s full, you can get Loadout Drops and Killstreaks, as well as a powerful variant: Titan Killstreak.

The monsters aren’t terribly dangerous in their natural state, but that changes once this goes to “Titan Frenzy”. The team that deals the most damage during this period will receive a special device that can use the power of one monster against others.
