More than six hundred interested people attended the opening of the sports and health center BeBalanced on Saturday, at the corner of Lostraat and Oudestraat in Heist-op-den-Berg. From now on, you can go to Four Sports Physiotherapists for physical therapy, group classes, personal training, and even jockey training. “We mentor both people who are starting to work on their health and professionals who want to improve their performance,” colleagues report.

The new sports and health center BeBalanced is located a stone’s throw from De Sporthal and De Sportoase in Lostraat. It is located in the former building of the Verlinden-Tubbax clothing store and consists of two comfortably furnished floors. “On the ground floor there are five lockers and a large exercise room. Upstairs, two rooms are set up for group lessons,” say Joris, Gary, Vince and Laure.

“After the well-attended opening, we are ready to welcome our first clients here. We want to guide as many people of all levels as possible in a medically supported manner,” say the physiotherapists. “We place importance on a personal approach in every aspect of our show. This is why we consciously make our groups small.”
