Jake Dennis replaces Stoffel Vandoorne as Formula E World Champion | Formula e

Briton Jake Dennis (28 years old) won the Formula E World Championship in front of his fans. A second place in London was enough for Stoffel Vandoorne to pass the torch. Our compatriot finished only 14th after a chaotic race.

The penultimate race of the season was filled with chaos. The safety car had to enter the circuit twice, and the participants were red-flagged twice.

In the end, New Zealander Mitch Evans (Jaguar) won the Royal Docks ahead of Jake Dennis (Avalanche-Andretti).

28-year-old Dennis won the world title thanks to the retirement of New Zealander Nick Cassidy (Envision) in second place in the classification.

He succeeds Dennis Stoffel Vandoorne (DS Penske) on the Formula E honors list. He looked like he was finishing in the points until he was relegated (or demoted?) to 14th after the last red flag stop.
