Live consultation hours for healthy living in the FlevoMeer Noordoostpolder library

In the Netherlands, 1.2 million people have diabetes. Pediatricians have recently sounded the alarm because they have noticed a sharp rise in the number of children with diabetes. The reason for this is often an unhealthy lifestyle. Starting Thursday, December 14 between 2:00pm and 4:00pm, people can go to Monique Koffeman’s Healthy Living consultation hours every two weeks at the Flevomeer Noordoostpolder library to ask questions about nutrition and exercise in order to learn about their health.

Through her healthy living counseling hours, Monique Kaufman wants to educate people about the effects of exercise and healthy nutrition. The latter is often thought to be expensive, but this is not always the case.

Healthy Living’s consultation hours are every second and fourth Thursday of the month from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. People can walk in directly, and it is not necessary to reserve a place.
