On this day, Samsung launches the new Flip, Fold, and Ring devices

A date has reportedly been set for Samsung's upcoming Unpacked event. This is the event where the Galaxy Z Flip 6, Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Ring will make their debut.

Next reveal from Samsung: July 10

Samsung once launched new Galaxy Note phones in September. However, August is quickly becoming the month when the best new phones outside the Galaxy S series are unveiled. And since last year, the process of 'progress' has continued even further. The Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Z Fold 5 launched on July 26, 2023, and their successors will arrive early this summer.

Today it became clear exactly what day Samsung's next Unpacked event will be held: Wednesday, July 10. At least that's what our friends hear SamMobile From different sources. The event itself also takes place relatively close to home. Not only will the Olympics be held in Paris this summer, but new Samsung foldable devices will also be launched.

What will Samsung launch on that day?

Although there are plenty of new Galaxy products on the radar, the upcoming Unpacked will focus on a small number of devices. Of course, the Galaxy Z Flip 6 makes its debut, with faster hardware, a larger battery, and a significantly improved main camera.

Of course, each Flip is always accompanied by his brother Fold. The Galaxy Z Fold 5 will likely have the same fast hardware as the Galaxy S24 Ultra. In terms of camera and battery, we expect the new Fold to take a step back.

Both devices will almost certainly get the same long-term support as the Galaxy S24 series, with seven years of updates and upgrades. Additionally, Galaxy AI is part of the package, which will actually learn Dutch later this year.

The third device that will have its final launch on July 10 is the Galaxy Ring. Samsung's first smart ring essentially acts as a tracker for all sorts of functions, and will soon appear in eight or nine sizes.

Even more?

Furthermore, Samsung has several new Galaxy devices in the pipeline. However, it is expected that we will not see the launch of the Galaxy Watch 7 (Pro), nor the Galaxy Buds 3 or Galaxy Tab S10 on July 10. Samsung will likely only introduce these devices later in the year – just like the Galaxy S24 FE.
