The Board of Directors of Redsun Properties Group Limited has announced that Ms. Yim Lai Kiu (Ms. Yim) has resigned from the position of Joint Company Secretary (Joint Company Secretary) and is no longer acting as an authorized representative of the Company (the Authorized Representative) under Rule 3.05 of the Rules (the “Listing Rules”). To list securities on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (the “Exchange”) and as a Processing Agent to receive the Service for Securities in Stock Exchange. Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Act (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (Agent Litigation) as of August 31, 2023. Ms. Yum confirmed that she had no dispute with the Board and that this had not been raised. Attention of the stock exchange and the company’s shareholders to any matters related to its dismissal. The Board of Directors also announced that Ms. Yung Mei Yee (Ms. Yung) has been appointed as Company Joint Secretary, Authorized Representative and Litigation Agent effective August 31, 2023.
After the above changes, Mr. Li Yonggang will continue to serve as another joint general secretary of the company. Ms. Young Mi Yi is the Vice President of SWCS Corporate Services Group (HK) Limited. Ms. Young has over 20 years of experience dealing with secretarial, corporate governance and compliance matters for publicly traded companies.
Ms. Young has held various senior corporate secretarial positions and has served as corporate secretary or associate corporate secretary for a number of listed companies. She is currently the secretary of a number of listed companies. It is a member of the Chartered Institute of Governance of Hong Kong and the Chartered Institute of Governance of the United Kingdom.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and a Master of Arts degree in Language and Law from the City University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London.
