Ten Lifestyle’s chairman resigns due to ill health, and appoints a successor

(Alliance News) — Ten Lifestyle Group PLC announced Thursday that Chairman Bruce Weatherill will be stepping down in the fall after six years with the company.

The London-based travel and lifestyle company said it was due to ill health.

The Board of Directors has resolved to appoint Jules Pancholi, Non-Executive Director, to succeed Wirel.

Citing previous experiences as a non-executive director of Skyscanner Ltd and Chairman of Oritain UK Ltd, said Ten Lifestyle, among other executive and non-executive positions.

Ten Lifestyle said it has begun the process of appointing a new non-executive director to replace Pancholi following his elevation to chairman.

“I am saddened by Bruce’s decision to step down, but wholeheartedly support his decision to prioritize his health. Bruce has been an outstanding chairman for six years, demonstrating clear vision and strategic focus and fostering a positive governance culture,” said Ten Lifestyle Chairman, Teen Lifestyle. Executive Director Alex Chettle.

“Looking forward, Jules will assume the role of Chairman of the Board. With his existing knowledge of the business and experience in technology, Jules is well-equipped to lead the Board.”

Shares of Ten Lifestyle fell 1.3% to 95.00p per share in London on Thursday afternoon.
