Mersenne –

The Mersenne Library will soon offer the Coach Yourself Well Course.

This includes either six one-hour meetings in the library or three two-hour walking sessions.

“Positive health is a broader view of health that helps deal with the physical, emotional and social challenges of life,” the spokesperson said. “Above all else, take matters into your own hands as much as possible. A purposeful life is fundamental to positive health.”

The course is taught by Anita Verstappen and participation is open to members and non-members of the library. The first meeting takes place at the Mersenne Library on Tuesday, February 8 at 9:30 a.m. The first rally is scheduled for Friday, February 11 at 10:30 a.m.

inspiration session

The so-called inspiration session will take place on Monday, February 7th on this topic. Anyone wishing to attend is welcome between 3 and 4 pm. Signing up is free, registration required.
