Have you always been a fan of a manager game, like Football Manager, and a big fan of Formula 1? Well, you’ll be able to find these two combined from this summer. The promoter is launching F1 Manager 22, a game where you can take the reins at Red Bull, Ferrari or Williams and make the decisions for yourself to finally win the world title. With this, F1 is expanding its merchandise, as well as the racing game that Codemasters develop annually.

For the first time, Formula 1 is taking a step to give fans the opportunity to make team decisions, just like Toto Wolff, Christian Horner and Gunther Steiner. For this, she works with Frontier Developments, which has made similar games in the past. This way you can start your career with one of the ten teams that fill the current network and where you have strong control over your daily activities. You will have to build the car or start the necessary upgrades. You will also be responsible for hiring the staff and pilots – who are the real people who work in the F1, F2 and F3 fields by the way. And of course you define the strategy in each race.

F1 Manager 2022 is usually released during the summer, but a specific date has yet to be set. This puts them at a similar timing to F1 2022, the racing simulator developed by Codemasters. What differs from most manager games is that you can play it on all platforms, from PlayStation to PC. But it will be a while before you dream of winning the world title.
