The Netherlands is preparing to host Ireland in a three-match ODI series. The first of three matches will take place on June 2 at the Sports Park Marshall Kerverd in Utrecht.
The Netherlands last played a two-game series against Scotland two weeks ago. The Netherlands won the first match by 15 kicks, while Scotland won the second match by six wickets.
Ireland, on the other hand, played their last ODI series against Afghanistan in January this year. The latter won all three games of the series.
Last month, Ireland faced the Netherlands A team in three A-list matches. The former won two games and the latter won one.
Many of the players on the A-list were on the first team. Both teams will win all three matches in the series and advance to the International Cricket World Cup Championship scoreboard.
Due to the COVID-19 infection, the series is played in a biologically safe bubble and no spectators are allowed to enter the arena.

Ireland will start the series as a candidate, as they beat the Netherlands every time each team meets outside Ireland.
