Availability
The new update is now available on without brand Galaxy S21 FE in Netherlands and Belgium. Moreover, it can also be downloaded from Branded Phones from Vodafone and T-Mobile. You can wait for the update notification to appear on its own, or you can start manually via Settings -> Software update -> Download and install.
