For the book, he interviewed several insiders, including (former) employees of the royal family. They described the collaboration with Harry and Meghan as “working with teenagers”. “They were stubborn, tough, uncontrollable, incredibly stubborn.” Low gives the example of private jets. In the summer of 2019, they boarded several private jets in a short period of time.
