RoyaltyThe coronation of King Charles is approaching. May 6th is the day and details about this big day are emerging little by little. A leaked report shows that Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis will be in key roles over the weekend. Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle will be seen very little.
According to leaked documents, George, Charlotte and Louis will leave Westminster Abbey with Charles and Camilla at the end of the ceremony. A procession to Buckingham Palace is planned. The procession will be much smaller than Queen Elizabeth’s procession in 1953.
At Elizabeth’s coronation, Charles played a minor role. During the service, which lasted about three hours, he sat between the Queen Mother and Princess Margaret. The late queen’s son did not join the procession. The plans have yet to be confirmed by Kensington Palace, but the document also shows that the three royals will ride in a carriage alongside Prince William and Kate Middleton.
What about Harry and Meghan?
Harry and Meghan’s role will be slightly smaller. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will not be competing. Their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, will not be invited. Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie will not walk in the procession. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have yet to confirm whether they will actually attend Charles’ coronation. However, according to various PR experts, Harry and Meghan would be better off staying in America.

“If they come, they will get everyone’s attention,” said expert Patrick O’Kane in ‘The Mirror’. According to O’Kane, it would be best if the Duke and Duchess return to the UK at a later date. “Strategically, that would actually be a smart move,” it continues.
