A large dam collapsed in the Kherson region of southern Ukraine, near the Russian-controlled city of Nova Kakhovka. The Russian and Ukrainian authorities accuse each other of blowing up the dam. Satellite images clearly show the massive damage. In addition to major floods, there is also an impact on the Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant. Of course, there are military and strategic consequences.
