REGO INTERACTIVE LIMITED. Announced that: Ms Ho Wing Nga (“Mrs Ho”) has resigned for personal reasons from the position of (i) Joint Company Secretary (“Joint Company Secretary”), (ii) authorized representative of the Company (“Authorized Representative”) pursuant to Rule 3.05 of The Listing Rules of Securities (“Listing Rules”) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited.05 of the rules governing the listing of securities (“Listing Rules”) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (“the Exchange”); and (iii) a person authorized to accept service on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Corporations Ordinance (Cap. 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules (the “Agent”), with effect from 1 December 2023. Ms. Ho confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board of Directors and that there are no issues related to her dismissal that have come to the attention of the stock exchange and/or shareholders of the company that should be brought to the company.
Ms. Yang Zhao (“Ms. Yang”) will continue as the Company’s other Joint Secretary. Ms. Tse Chung Man (“Ms. Tse”) has been appointed Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative and Litigation Agent effective December 1, 2023. Ms. specializes in integrated business, corporate and investor services.
Ms Tse has over 8 years of corporate secretarial experience and is a Chartered Secretary, Chartered Governance Professional and a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Governance Hong Kong and the Chartered Institute of Governance UK.
