Several alleged Samsung Galaxy M22 renders have appeared, as well as some specifications. The device is the successor to the M21, has a large battery and looks suspiciously like the Galaxy A22.

Samsung Galaxy M22 shows an affordable device
Samsung M22 product showcased via Dell TechSomewhat unknown website. They appear to be real photos showing the upcoming device in different colors. The device was recently certified by the Thai Inspection Authority, so we already think we know a few things about the specs.
The device appears black, blue, and white anyway and looks a lot like a file Samsung Galaxy A22. At the top of the screen is a waterdrop notch for the front camera. At the back is a square camera island, where there are four cameras. The flash can still be found underneath.
The volume buttons can be found on the right side and this is also the place for the on/off button. You can also use it to unlock the device, as the fingerprint scanner is built-in. Finally, there is a headphone port on the bottom, just like the USB port for charging the device.

The M22 will be the successor to Galaxy M21It’s a device for sale here as well, and the big battery is its biggest plus. With the M21, it’s still 6000 mAh, but the Galaxy M22 will probably get a 5,000 mAh battery. It can only be charged via a cable and has a maximum capacity of 25W.
We also see a significant difference in resolution, because with 1600 x 720 pixels it is significantly lower than its predecessor. Controlling fewer pixels benefits battery life. The maximum refresh rate is a step higher at 90Hz, which makes the smartphone smoother. Finally, it is an AMOLED display, which guarantees vivid colors and high contrast.
Powering the device is a MediaTek processor and 4GB of RAM and there is an internal memory of 128GB. This can be expanded with a separate memory card. You can take selfies with the 13MP camera, so there are four other sensors on the back. The main camera has a resolution of 48 MP. You can use other cameras in succession for wider angle photos, close-ups And to capture depth for a selfie.
Free Samsung Galaxy M21
Where the Samsung Galaxy M21 was introduced in March 2020, it remains to be seen when we will see the successor. We assume that the device will eventually be on sale in the Netherlands. Well, it’s about gray import, since the manufacturer is no longer officially selling the Galaxy M line here. This was also the case with the M21 and that Costs €219 at launch.
