Spring is coming: this is what spring weather does for us | the health

It concerns the formation of our sleep, which is regulated by sunlight. For example, the hormone melatonin that we need for sleep is more present in the cold period. As a result, we get tired quickly in the winter and sometimes feel sluggish and lethargic.
