From March 15th, VAXPO will start vaccinating over 85 years of Kortrijk, Harelbeke and Kuurne. Their invitation will be mailed from Monday, March 8th. Additional support is provided for those who cannot independently access VAXPO and cannot rely on an informal caregiver. Neighborhood and call center teams are ready.
After the next week, nearly all healthcare professionals from Kortrijk, Harelbeke, and Kuurne will receive their first vaccine. After them, it was the turn of those over 85. As of Monday, more than 1000 of them will receive the invitation. We appeal to their caregivers, family or friends to support them in confirming their appointment and arranging transportation. Neighborhood and call center teams are available for those who require additional assistance.
Mail and call via My eBox
Everyone who is invited will receive a letter in the mail. This email contains a link and code to confirm the appointment. The invitation is also available via My eBox. You will receive an email notification, provided you activate your account first. You can do this by browsing https://myebox.be/nl And log in with your eID.
Help with scheduling and transportation
We ask that informal caregivers, family or friends help people over the age of 85 as possible to register their appointments and transport them to and from VAXPO. As a supervisor, you can go inside to complete the course. If you have any questions or need help confirming an appointment, you can always contact the area staff and service centers near you.
Do you not have your own network and do you belong to one of the groups below? Then you can request additional assistance and free transportation. The taxi sector has set up a collection system with Kortrijk, Kuurne and Harelbeke. In addition to the many volunteers, there are also 28 taxi operators from Kortrijk, Kuurne and Harelbeke with 53 cars.

When you receive your vaccination code and your appointment, you can book your transportation via the neighborhood team and neighborhood and service centers (you can find the list at www.vaxpo.be ) Or by calling 056244000. On a rotating basis, a volunteer or taxi driver will be assigned to pick you up at home and take you home. VAXPO employees will accompany you on site from the vehicle to the vaccination center and back.

We transport you by our lift bus to and from VAXPO. You can make a reservation after receiving your vaccination invitation through the community or service center in your area or through the call center: 056 244000.
