Which milk do you choose?

So her advice is: choose what you feel comfortable with. “Milk is fine, if you’re not intolerant of course. Vegetable type is fine too if you’re not allergic. Choose what works best for you, and especially choose what you like.”

The nutritionist adds, “If you choose plant-based drinks, it’s best to choose ones without added sugar and with the highest possible share of nuts, seeds, legumes, or grains.” This way you can be sure that you are making the healthiest choice in the plant-based dairy department.
