Yunhong Guixin Group Holdings Limited has announced that as of June 23, 2023, Ms. Szeto Kar Yee Cynthia has resigned from the position of Company Secretary and will no longer act as an authorized representative of the Company under Section 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited. Ms. Szeto confirmed that she had no disagreement with the Board of Directors and that there were no other matters to be brought to the attention of the company’s shareholders or stock exchange regarding her resignation. The Board of Directors also announced that immediately upon the resignation of the aforementioned Ms. Szeto from the position of Company Secretary and Authorized Representative, Ms. Wong Hoi Ting has been appointed as Company Secretary and authorized representative effective June 23, 2023.
Ms. Wong is an Associate Member of the Hong Kong Chartered Institute of Governance and the Chartered Institute of Governance UK. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Lingnan University and a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting and Corporate Governance from City University of Hong Kong. Ms. Wong has about 10 years of experience in corporate secretarial matters.
She is Assistant Manager of the Listing Services Department of TMF Hong Kong Limited and is responsible for providing corporate secretarial and compliance services to listed companies.
